Wolf Popper's Successful iTurf Settlement Approved

On Monday April 8, 2002 the Delaware Chancery Court approved the settlement of litigation pending against Delia's, Inc., related to its acquisition of iTurf, Inc., in November 2000. The settlement resulted in a fund of 1 million shares of Delia's common stock which will be distributed for the benefit of the former public shareholders of iTurf. These shares have a current value of approximately $6.7 million.

Wolf Popper served as co-lead counsel on behalf of iTurf shareholders.
The settlement was highlighted by Bloomberg News, "Delia's Gets Court Approval to Settle iTurf Suits for $6.7 Mln".
